Before you start
Does the customer need to download an app?
No. You can send them a tracking link by SMS or e-mail: they follow the repair without signing up and approve extra work with a one-time code.
Does CarPulse do invoicing?
No. It gives itemised estimates with net + VAT + gross — you keep the invoicing software you already use.
What happens to my data if I don’t subscribe?
Nothing is lost. After the 14-day trial the account switches to read-only until you choose a plan — you can still access your past jobs.
